Aroma
It is a soft, medium bodied wine which has dark garnet color and includes ripe fruit on the nose and mouth. 
The palate is quite fleshy and agreeable, with with a touch of ripe black currants, bright peach and citrus flavors.

Food Match
It is a very good match with grilled lamb meat, steak, braised Dongpo Pig Knuckle, bowl-steamed pork belly, game meat, Thai or Vietnamese food.

Cellaring
This wine is designed to be drunk while young and fresh, but also provides good drinking over the next couple of years.
